|BlueCross BlueShield OK Medical Plans with Rx Drug Coverage||1st day of the month following 30 days of employment||Three plans (2 - PPO & 1- HDHP) are offered through BCBSOK and include an Rx drug benefit as well as low copays and coinsurance.|
|Dental Benefit||1st day of the month following 30 days of employment||BCBSOK Dental Care offers two PPO network dental plans, one with a maximum annual benefit of up to $1500.|
|Vision Benefit||1st day of the month following 30 days of employment||Vision plan provided by VSP, which uses a nationwide network and includes benefits for exams and lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months. Contact lens allowance in lieu of glasses are available.|

Eligible employees who enroll in the BCBSOK high deductible health plan (HDHP) medical coverage option can establish an individual health savings account (HSA) and make personal contributions, up to established annual federal limits, via convenient payroll deduction.
|Basic Life and AD&D||1st day of the month following 30 days of employment||Premium paid for by Reel Power International. Every employee has a life benefit of 1 years’ income, up to $50,000.|
|Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability||1st day of the month following 30 days of employment||Premium paid for by Reel Power International. The STD and LTD insurance provide replacement income due to sickness or injury. The STD plan provides income protection to replace up to 60% of the employee’s pre‐disability weekly earnings. The LTD plan provides income protection to replace up to60% of the employee’s pre‐disability monthly earnings.|
|401K Retirement Plan||1st day of the month following 90 days of employment||The retirement plan is administered by ADP and offers both traditional and Roth options. Reel Power International matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of employee’s contribution (i.e. 4% annual match if employee contributes 5% or more) and employees are immediately 100% vested.|
|Employee Assistance Program||1st day of the month following 30 days of employment||The ADP LifeCare EAP provides free, confidential help with a variety of personal, work‐life and concierge need, including emotional, relationship, chemical dependency, financial and legal needs.|
|Education Reimbursement||After 90 days of employment||Eligible employees may be reimbursed up to $3,000 per calendar year for approved undergraduate or graduate college courses taken as part of an employee’s degree program at an accredited institution or for approved continuing educational expenses.|
|PTO and Holidays||After 90 days of employment||All full-time regular employees are eligible for 13 days of PTO the first and second year of employment. PTO days increase with years of service. The company recognizes 9 paid holidays every year, including two days for Thanksgiving and two days for Christmas.|
