The heavy duty fixed pintle design allows processing speeds up to 5,580 FPM (1,700 MPM) on up to 2,000 lbs (900 kg) reels. With push-button controls, reel lift table (option) and reel roll thru capability; you'll have fast and efficient reel processing. Payoffs available as powered with on-board dancer/accumulators or with tension brake. Units with lift tables can handle multiple size reels. Other available options include Automatic Load and Unload, Touchscreen Traverses, and Reel Safety Guards. A system can be built for your exact requirements.
