1. The operator inserts an axle onto the reel with the proper reel adapter bushing.

2. Tilt the cart onto the wheels and maneuver the unit forward into the reel
until the reel axle is aligned with the proper loading position.

3. The operator places his/her foot on the lower/back cross-member,
grasps the upper/back cross-member and pulls back.
